About me

I am a registered associate nutritionist (ANutr), level 3 personal trainer, kettlebell instructor and health coach with over 20 years experience in the food and nutrition industry. 

 

I have helped hundreds of people achieve their wellness goals, both within NHS services and private clinics, from weight management and improved metabolic health to reversing type 2 diabetes, managing stress and emotional eating. 

 

I have a first-class degree in Human Nutrition, a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and training in behaviour change practices. 

 

I am accredited with the AfN (Association for Nutrition), and CIMSPA (The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity).
